Focus
Identifies and trains young women from colleges to become leaders and engage with women’s issues. Provides financial assistance of up to Rs.5000 pa, career guidance, and employability skills training to young women for college education.
Impact
Creates role models and change-makers among women. Participants receive scholarships and training. The program has so far provided scholarships to 312 girl students across Chennai, Krishnagiri, Virudachalam, and Dindigul districts. In addition to financial assistance, the program offers monthly training sessions covering topics such as leadership, finance, entrepreneurship, and politics.
