We support and cultivate changemakers among women. Through our Sisterhood Leadership School, we train women in leadership skills, empowering them to mentor others and create meaningful change in their own lives and the lives of others.
Impact
In 2017, we launched a two-day Sisterhood course to equip women from NGOs with essential skills. This program continues to support and develop changemakers by offering valuable perspectives, practical skills, and networking opportunities.To date, we have successfully conducted four retreats, empowering 50 women change makers. We are now planning to establish an on-site leadership training center in a tribal village to expand our reach and impact further.
