At the Sisterhood Foundation, we believe in the power of women to create lasting change. Since our inception in 2010, we have been dedicated to empowering women and girls at all stages of their lives. Our mission is to provide courage, care, choices, and change to those who need it most.

Our journey began with a simple yet profound vision: to support disadvantaged women and girls in India, helping them achieve education, empowerment, and independence. Over the years, we have expanded our reach and impact, touching the lives of countless women through our various projects and initiatives.

One of our core beliefs is that investing in women has positive ripple effects for wider society. By putting Sustainable Development Goal 5, Gender Equality, at the heart of our efforts, we strive to create a world where every woman has the opportunity to thrive. Our projects in the Chennai province of India are a testament to this commitment, providing education, training, and support to women and girls, enabling them to build better futures for themselves and their communities.

We are proud of the progress we have made, but there is still much work to be done. The current global situation has highlighted the importance of our mission more than ever. We continue to support girls and women through our scholarships, camps and programs, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

As we look to the future, we remain steadfast in our commitment to empowering women and girls. Together with our partners and supporters, we will continue to work towards a world where every woman can realize her full potential.
