September was a month of growth and empowerment at the Sisterhood Foundation, marked by a powerful workshop titled “Breaking the Stigma – Women Leaders.” Held on 21st September 2025, the session brought together 27 young women, all eager to learn, engage, and strengthen their leadership journey.
The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Neha Ann Vinu, who led an impactful three-hour session focused on helping participants break stereotypes and build confidence. The trainer covered key topics such as the psychological strengths of women, the importance of upskilling, opportunities in IT and high-growth sectors, communication and personal branding, and a special segment on how AI can support personal and career development. Students participated actively throughout, contributing to discussions and engaging in activities that encouraged self-awareness and skill enhancement.
We were also privileged to have Ms. Esmeralda and Ms. Ditte as guests for the session, visiting from Denmark, who are volunteers with Sisterhood in Denmark. They shared their lifestyle and experiences from Denmark with the Sisterhood students, and the group exchanged stories, insights, and perspectives. Their interaction added a warm and enriching cultural exchange to the workshop, creating a memorable and meaningful time for the students.
