On 09 November 2025, the Sisterhood Foundation conducted a training session titled Discovering Your Core Values for 26 students in Chennai, facilitated by Ms. Lakshmi. The session aimed to help participants understand the personal and professional values that guide their identity and future decisions.

Ms. Lakshmi introduced the concept of values through engaging exercises inspired by The Squiggly Career. During the one-on-one activity, each student explored a list of values and selected those that best represented them. Many students resonated with values such as creativity, passion, independence, growth, and friendship.

The trainer encouraged open reflection and meaningful conversations, helping students articulate why their chosen values were important to them. This process strengthened their self-awareness, decision-making skills, and clarity about their goals and aspirations.

The session offered a warm and interactive learning space, where all 26 students actively participated and shared their insights. Overall, the training was impactful and empowering, enabling students to connect their core values with their personal and professional growth.
